Our Why

Human connection is what drives our business. As a BIPOC owned and led firm, we commit to creating the world in which we want to live. We believe in the aspirational goal of unity; yet, we understand how the systems, policies and practices of oppression work to creation disconnection between human beings. The practices we have learned and integrate throughout our programming have helped each of us build the confidence it takes to amplify our voices while celebrating each step towards progress.

Our What

We are social change leaders creating solutions and programming interventions for organizations and individuals. We understand the unique challenges that both for-profit and non-profit organizations face when change is necessary. We co-create tailored solutions using organization development strategies to propel organizations and individuals forward into a state of readiness for change.

Our how

We listen. We provide tools for our clients that bridge the gaps for what they didn’t know they needed. Our intuitive listening along with our theoretical frameworks and lived experiences provide insight for clients that help them elicit sustainable solutions resulting from their experiencing our work. We recognize the critical need for readiness of this work and a willingness to trust the process. Our methodology comes from a place of cutting edge innovation that allows the willing learner to remain inspowered for a longer period of time than other OD firms.

Our signature Self 2 Systems embodied, anti-oppression experience provides clients with tools to understand how systems of oppression can create automatic thinking and responses that may or may not be intended or aligned with how they wish to represent themselves in the world. This program appeals to people at all levels of curiosity about how they live within systems of oppression as well as how the harms of systems of oppression are replicated with their thoughts and behaviors. By providing a historical context on protected classes, an open environment for learning, along with highly skilled and experienced facilitators, we co-create a unique experience that invites people to call into witness a new level of awareness of their biases, language and behaviors. With heightened awareness and a foundation in historical knowledge, people become inspowered to make informed choices to navigate and take responsibility their own transformation.
